工作职责
1、负责小红书社区风控算法能力建设，识别用户/团伙/黑灰产风险，精准打击各类流量作弊等不公平行为，保障社区生态健康发展； 2、深入分析小红书业务数据，结合专家经验与数据洞察，优化识别与防控策略，提升风险感知能力，持续监控效果、快速迭代优化； 3、紧密协同社区治理业务团队，深刻理解业务需求，在保障业务目标达成与用户体验的前提下，设计实施最优化的风险管控策略 ； 4、持续监控黑灰产动态及新型作弊手法，进行深度风险分析，提出前瞻性的防控方案，参与构建小红书社区风控/反作弊攻防体系能力建设；
