We are looking for a high-energy, well-connected Business Development Manager to be the "boots on the ground" for Zawa, our AI-powered creative in the U.S. market. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our innovative products and the American SMB ecosystem. You aren't just selling a tool; you are building an ecosystem where e-commerce merchants, video creators, F&B/Restaurant scene and other small businesses leverage AI to scale. You will be the face of the brand at major industry events, the voice in key industry associations, and the strategic partner for local KOLs. · Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. · Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. · Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan · Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. · Accelerate customer adoption. · Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting. · Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. · Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). · Develop case studies. · Manage contract negotiations. · Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. · Develop account plan for key accounts and territory · Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience) · Expect moderate travel within the region (North, East, South or Central)
