MVLAND is an AI Music Video Agent that lets anyone become the star of their own music video. We need a Partnership Consultant with deep roots in the US music scene to lead our charge. You’ll be the bridge between our AI tech and the artists and labels ready to use it.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy: Build the playbook for how we reach out to US music labels and independent artists. You know how to frame our value to get them on board.
Open Doors: Use your network to bring in key partners and work with our marketing team to close deals and hit growth targets.
Product-Market Fit: Help us "market-proof" the product. You’ll provide a sales expert’s perspective on everything from feature sets to pricing models.

Strategic Closer: You’ve led successful partnerships in the music industry and know how to move a conversation from a "cold intro" to a signed deal.

1. Develop new business unit focusing on budgeting, strategies and execution plans; 2. Recruit and manage agreements with artists/influencers for various projects; 3. Negotiate and close commercial deals, manage artist-related projects.
• 维护和制作角色、场景、特效的 Shader 和材质库，打造高质量的渲染效果 • 深度研究风格化渲染及写实渲染流程，优化光照及后处理系统，提升整体视觉表现力 • 关注渲染管线的定制及开发，负责材质及美术资产性能优化，使用 profile工具进行性能分析与优化方案制定 • 持续跟进 UE5 渲染新特性，并将新技术合理应用于项目 • 具备出色的跨部门协作能力，能与美术、程序团队紧密配合，确保渲染方案的落地
• 与设计师合作制作风格化特效 • 制作特效所需的序列贴图 • 负责特效从概念到引擎内的惊艳实现 • 解决复杂的生产挑战，协助设计师完成产品的迭代与优化 • 运用3D工作流程，以精致的风格质感完成实现 • 平衡视觉美感与游戏清晰度，传递必要的游戏信息 • 寻找创造性的解决方案，解决制作过程中以及其他情况下的棘手问题
• Develop and nurture a clear artistic vision for our marketing creatives from character illustrations and 2D animations. • Be an integral part of the Marketing art team and work closely with internal teams and external partners. • Participate in evaluating, selecting, and managing our roster of external creative partners: External creative agencies, animation studios, and freelance artists. • Create sketches, concept art, and illustrations to visualize the project vision and provide draw-over and paint-over to guide our partners to be aligned. • Ensure that everything we produce is world-class in quality and authentic to our game worlds, and actively helps our IP last for decades.
