工作职责
• 维护和制作角色、场景、特效的 Shader 和材质库,打造高质量的渲染效果 • 深度研究风格化渲染及写实渲染流程,优化光照及后处理系统,提升整体视觉表现力 • 关注渲染管线的定制及开发,负责材质及美术资产性能优化,使用 profile工具进行性能分析与优化方案制定 • 持续跟进 UE5 渲染新特性,并将新技术合理应用于项目 • 具备出色的跨部门协作能力,能与美术、程序团队紧密配合,确保渲染方案的落地
• Reliably produce high-quality look and feel 3D Environment with exceptional visual representation, executing tasks independently and constantly raising or redefining standards • Create high-quality stylized 3D Environment assets from concept to in-engine implementation, aligned with the creative direction. • Help guide the look and feel of 3D assets ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage • Influence level and 3D asset creation pipeline with your understanding of optimization to take into account efficiency and cross dependencies • Work with various materials from hand painted diffuse to PBR workflows • Proficient in lighting techniques and the aesthetics of light and shadow. • Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while taking into account technical and design constraints such as draw calls, poly counts, texture memory limits, and gameplay boundaries • Communicate with various other disciplines to ensure all assets are performant • Help guide and mentor members of the team • Solve complex production challenges, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and ensure all assets meet the project's vision and creative direction. Actively participate in optimization and iteration processes • Easily understand and clearly articulate the product’s distinctive visual style, while supporting and maintaining it • Consistently reflect and uphold company values in your work and interactions • Maintain high standards for work quality and output, while supporting team leadership in operational efforts • Assist team artists in skill development and maintain artistic consistency across the team • Help shape team initiatives and collaborate with the team to drive goal achievement • Proactively solve problems, passionately pursue creativity, and lead by example
• Maintaining, improving and developing asset processing infrastructure for producing optimized runtime loadable assets from original artist authored content • Working closely with game team artists and coders to identify workflow issues before planning and iterating on tools and technical improvements • Identifying and implementing improvements to game engine and other core tech code bases used by live and upcoming games, targeting multiple mobile platforms • Maintaining existing engine and shared codebases used across multiple live products • Engage with the wider development team here at Supercell to help shape the future of our tech • Research existing solutions and invent novel ones for offline optimization for challenging content to improve runtime performance of games.
• Act as the team’s subject-matter expert in graphics engineering • Develop and maintain engine technologies powering one of Riot’s new games • Collaborate closely with technical artists and art teams to realize the game’s visual and creative vision • Monitor and optimize the performance of the game client across platforms • Design, implement, and enhance tools for artists on multiple platforms • Troubleshoot pipeline issues and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with game teams to identify and solve problems in 3D graphics, rendering, runtime performance, and memory efficiency. • Iterate and improve upon existing legacy systems that are already widely used, ensuring minimal production disruption. • Support artists and designers in achieving the game’s visual targets while maintaining excellent runtime performance, especially on low-end hardware. • Communicate effectively with game teams and other stakeholders, building trust, providing clarity on deep technical topics, and minimizing surprises.
