工作职责
• 与设计师合作制作风格化特效 • 制作特效所需的序列贴图 • 负责特效从概念到引擎内的惊艳实现 • 解决复杂的生产挑战,协助设计师完成产品的迭代与优化 • 运用3D工作流程,以精致的风格质感完成实现 • 平衡视觉美感与游戏清晰度,传递必要的游戏信息 • 寻找创造性的解决方案,解决制作过程中以及其他情况下的棘手问题
• Vision: Own the vision for technical art pipelines from DCC’s to in-game assets across all art pipelines (2d, 3d, UI, VFX, SFX) • Roadmaps: Work together with game teams and other relevant stakeholders to define prioritized roadmaps and action plans • Collaboration: Collaborate with other central teams and game teams on implementing fit-for-purpose services and solutions • Team Leadership: Build and empower your team to be able work towards the commonly aligned vision • Roles & responsibilities: Ensure all areas within the art pipelines have clarity over their ownership, and areas that are shared across teams have been clearly defined • Delivery: Ensure we can deliver results for the art pipelines, both in short term quick fixes as well as longer term improvement potential (technical and workflow-related). • Customer centricity: Establish continuous feedback loops to get systematic feedback on pain points, opportunities, quick wins and overall progress
• Act as a main bridge between the VFX team and other departments(Art, Design, Engineering, Production) • Managing the VFX production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of assets with high quality • Track progress using project management tools(e.g., Jira, Shotgrid, Confluence) • Coordinate daily or weekly reviews and facilitate clear feedback loops between leads and artists • Support outsourcing pipeline if third-party vendors are involved • Identify risks and bottlenecks early; provide solutions or escalate to stakeholders when needed • Help maintain team morale and productivity through empathetic, organized leadership
• UX Design for new/existing features • Creation and implementation of UI screens/elements • Creation of 2D assets used throughout the game • Optimise assets for builds • Support the development of the game with any additional skills
