The Opportunity

This is a unique standalone opportunity for a highly mature and experienced HR & Admin professional to take on a key generalist role in our established Hong Kong office. As a key independent contributor, you will be the cornerstone of our local presence, responsible for the full spectrum of human resources and administrative management. The ideal candidate
will thrive in a matrix reporting structure and can manage a wide range of responsibilities independently. Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.

Reporting Structure

This role operates within a matrix organization, requiring exceptional communication and stakeholder management
skills:
•Solid Line: Reports directly to the Head of OD at Headquarters.
•Dotted Line (HRBP Affairs): Reports to the Head of HRBP at Headquarters.
•Dotted Line (Administrative Affairs): Reports to the Head of Administration at Headquarters.
