Why We Need You We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Analyst who is passionate about AI, creator tools, and short-form video. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to learn from experienced product leaders while helping improve the experience for creators and e-commerce sellers across Brazil. You’ll help gather customer insights, test new features, research market trends, and support product decisions that shape the future of AI-powered video creation. What You’ll Do Test new product features and provide structured feedback from the perspective of creators and online sellers. Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator economy platforms. Conduct competitive research on AI video editing tools and summarize key findings. Collect and organize customer feedback from multiple sources, identifying recurring themes and user pain points. Support Product Managers in writing user stories, documenting product requirements, and maintaining product documentation. Participate in feature testing, bug reporting, and quality validation before releases. Help analyze product performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the overall user experience. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and creator economy trends. Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in AI products, content creation, and the creator economy. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn product development methodologies. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Preferred
