We are looking for a wordsmith who views copy as a product feature, not just "text." As our English Copy Expert, you won't just be fixing grammar or polishing translations; you will own the voice of our product for the global market. You’ll dive deep into product positioning, craft communication strategies, and build a cohesive Brand Voice that feels native, professional, and human. Your goal? To turn complex features into clear, persuasive, and high-converting copy that builds trust at first glance. What You’ll Do Own the Quality: Take full ownership of the English website’s content quality—from high-stakes landing pages to help docs—ensuring every word feels native and intuitive. Write for Growth: Optimize copy through the lens of user behavior and conversion. It’s not just about "correct" English; it’s about clarity, persuasion, and impact. Define the Voice: Create and maintain our English Style Guide & Tone of Voice, ensuring consistency across the entire user journey. Translate Value: Deep-dive into product features and translate technical "specs" into compelling "benefits" that resonate with global users. Strategize Content: Partner with product teams to plan new pages, advising on information hierarchy and the user’s reading path. Work with the business team, localization team, and quality team to promote the coverage and quality of Trip.com's multilingual content.
