1. Prepare and verify the voiceover materials to ensure that no linguistic or cultural issues slip into the voiced materials. 2. Independently oversee voiceover recording sessions and timely correct any issues in performance and script delivery. 3. Assist in the communication between the local development team and English-speaking voice-over directors during monitored sessions. 4. Direct and guide voice-over actors during live sessions, helping them deliver their best performance. 5. Conduct verification and in-game testing of voiceover materials. 6. Create characters' voice-over designs independently. 7. Champion voice-over best practices in all aspects of development and operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Translate in-game text, user interfaces, and marketing materials from Chinese to English with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity. - Perform linguistic revisions of translated content to ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and consistency. - Craft compelling stories and dialogue that enhance gameplay and player engagement. - Conduct language quality assurance (LQA) checks to identify and rectify linguistic errors, ensuring that game content is free from grammatical and typographical issues. - Work closely with the development team to maintain the tone and voice of the original content, adapting as necessary for cultural differences and audience expectations. - Participate in creative meetings and provide linguistic insights into narrative development to avoid potential cultural misunderstandings. - Coordinate with the LPM team to manage project timelines, deliverables, and linguistic resources.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving positive change across the Company and must be analytical and strategic in identify efficiencies to deliver exceptional results. You must have a strong ability to work on multiple task deliverables, handle sensitive information and partner with HRBPs, Leaders and Employees to deliver exceptional results on a company-wide scale. The role will be based in Shanghai or Tokyo. Responsibilities • Assiss Regional Benefits Leader to design, review & implement the related benefits policy & plan, including insurance, leave, recognition & wellbeing. • Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to drive robust understanding of benefits polices, including insurance, recognition & wellbeing among HRBPs, Leaders and employees. • Proactively support the review of existing Benefits program processes and development of new compensation policies for the region, as well as the implementation of internal benefits tools and systems. • Leverage on external best practices to plan and administer employee Benefits and Wellbeing programs and policies in the region, to deliver an exceptional and consistent employee experience. • Explore Manage external relationships with key vendors to drive visibility and ensure effective administration and delivery of Benefits programs. • Partner with HRBPs and business teams to drive Benefits programs in line with Tesla’s benefits strategy. • Support ad-hoc data analysis and analyse market trends and survey benchmarking data to develop effective Benefits programs and strategies. • Stay current on all emerging benefits regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
