任职要求

● 至少3年以上后端开发经验，具备AI Agent实际项目开发经验
● 精通Python编程语言，熟悉常用web服务框架，有高并发、高可用程序设计和开发经验
● 熟悉主流的Agent框架，深刻理解RAG、Function Calling、MCP协议等相关技术
● 了解LLM的基本原理，擅长Prompt Engineering
● 熟悉Dify/ComfyUI等AI应用或工作流编排框架者优先
● 熟悉标准的团队协作开发流程，良好的团队合作精神及学习能力

Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the overall architecture design, core module development, and performance optimization of AI Agent applications.
● Collaborate with product, algorithm, frontend, and other teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and deliver excellent user experience.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years of backend development experience, with practical project experience in AI Agent development
● Proficient in Python programming language familiar with common web service frameworks experience in designing and developing high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
● Familiarity with mainstream Agent frameworks deep understanding of RAG, Function Calling, MCP protocol, and related technologies.
● Understanding of LLM fundamentals strong skills in Prompt Engineering.
● Experience with AI application or workflow orchestration frameworks such as Dify/ComfyUI is preferred.
● Familiarity with standard team collaboration development processes strong teamwork spirit and learning ability.
