About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Global Social & Growth Lead to completely own and modernize BeautyCam’s presence across Western and diaspora markets.
Your mission is to build a dual-engine growth framework: aggressively capturing the overseas Chinese and Asian diaspora (students, expats, and immigrants) via private domain playbooks, while simultaneously scaling BeautyCam's mainstream cultural footprint on TikTok and Instagram across the US, Brazil, and Europe.
In this role, you will ensure that viral social content translates directly into our core metrics: App Downloads and Long-Term User Retention.
