• Have a deep knowledge of Apple, its products, its business prioritization to help the team deliver world-class, locally resonant communications on social media platforms. • Lead the end-to-end content development process for China’s social platforms—from planning and ideation through design, production, and final implementation. This includes managing multiple content workflows simultaneously, setting clear expectations with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard. • Collaborate with Apple internal teams, external agencies and platform partners closely and push for content innovation for social media programs, with the goal of maximizing Apple’s impact and influence in the social media landscape.

User Growth & Channel Management: Develop and execute global user acquisition strategies through various channels including social media, community, content marketing, partnerships, and online/offline events; 2. Customer Service System Development & Optimization:System Building: Design and establish the company's customer service framework, including but not limited to implementing a ticketing system, knowledge base, community support channels, and SOPs.Team Enablement: Assist in recruiting, training, and enabling a team of support specialists to provide professional, efficient, and multilingual 24/7 customer support.Experience Monitoring: Implement user satisfaction tracking mechanisms (e.g., NPS/CSAT) to continuously monitor and improve support quality and user satisfaction.Feedback Loop: Systematically collect, analyze, and categorize user feedback and common issues. Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
