About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow SHEGLAM's brand social media presence across TikTok and Instagram. You will be the creative mind behind how our leadership's voice, vision, and industry perspective come to life on social platforms.
This is not a traditional social media role. You will shape narrative strategy, develop content from concept to execution, and build a distinctive thought leadership presence from the ground up. If you have a sharp instinct for what performs on TikTok and Instagram, a deep understanding of U.S. digital culture, and experience turning real people into compelling on-camera personalities — we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Strategy & PositioningDefine the content strategy, positioning, and editorial voice for executive-level social media accounts (TikTok & Instagram as primary platforms)Develop and manage the content calendar — from topic selection and posting cadence to platform-specific optimizationIdentify trending topics, cultural moments, and industry conversations to insert our leadership's voice at the right timeContent Creation & ProductionDevelop storylines, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for on-camera content featuring company leadershipCoordinate with internal teams and external partners (videographer…
