As an Account Manager (AM), you will oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for clients, collaborating closely with BD, Sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless post-contract execution—from order requests and payment follow-up to delivery coordination. Your primary KPI will be driving client order profitability while fostering long-term relationships to maximize repeat business and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Management Review and process client orders, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to schedule deliveries. Monitor payment status and initiate fulfillment upon confirmation of receipt. Resolve order-related exceptions (e.g., delayed payments, logistics issues) to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with BD and Sales teams to streamline the client journey from contract signing to delivery. Align with internal stakeholders to meet client-specific delivery requirements. 3. Client Relationship Management Conduct regular check-ins to assess product performance, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and gather feedback. Advocate for client-driven improvements in products and processes. 4. Performance & Risk Control Achieve monthly/quarterly order profitability targets and mitigate payment risks. Analyze client order data to develop strategies for increasing account value.

1. Responsible for the merchant development and operation of multi-unit brands, and for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands. Implement the company's sales strategy and policy to achieve the performance target. 2. Responsible for promoting the in-depth cooperation between the chain brands and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, user operation and other fields to improve the brand image. 3. The institute covers the characteristics of brand industry, has an in-depth understanding of brand business operations, and helps brands to develop professional delivery solutions and implement them. Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand. 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as the communication bridge between the brand and the platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand.

You’ll make an impact by • To support Head of Asset Management in the implementation and expanding the AM department by generating ideas, support and drive collaboration with key stakeholders and implement new processes. • To create and maintain the asset related information into the relevant systems timely and correctly, such as PBOC data, asset information data in local CMS system, asset information data in HQ system etc. • To evaluate new business opportunities and assign recommend appropriate IAC codes/ Collateral values/ Asset related information/ price checks by utilizing experience in the prioritized asset categories: TEC (Transportation, Energy and Construction), GM (General Equipment), MT (Machine Tools) and Healthcare equipment. • To build a firm knowledge of the equipment in the prioritized asset categories to support risk decisions. This is to be achieved through interaction with vendors, service providers, manufacturers, market research and knowledge sharing with colleagues across COF. • Proactive management of overdue accounts together with Work out and Collection department (asset valuation, identification, support physical repossessions). • Bring proactive, timely and comprehensive contribution to Work Out report preparation and update, with clear assessment of the asset collateral situation and value. • To monitor repossession process and warehouse partners through effective communication, visits, documentation, negotiation and engagement to ensure optimized channels of equipment disposal are maintained. • To advise, perform and/ or manage asset inspections, when necessary, due to new business or overdue accounts. • To communicate and inform Head of Asset Management China regarding asset related challenges, changes on the second user market and any potential high levels of risk on portfolio. • To comply with COF Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities.
- Continuously monitor daily operational data, proactively identify potential risks, ensure the effective execution of strategies, and make timely adjustments as necessary to maintain smooth business operations. - Based on data, propose feasible optimization solutions to improve the vendor’s performance in supply chain efficiency, traffic acquisition, conversion rates, etc., thereby driving overall sales growth. - Maintain frequent and high-quality communication with vendors, deeply understand their business needs and concerns, ensure issues are promptly responded to and effectively resolved, and build strong trust and collaborative relationships. - Provide regular professional and systematic business reports to vendors, clearly communicate goal progress based on quantifiable data, outline future strategic directions and key initiatives, and analyze the core reasons and business implications behind the data. - Work with vendors to define and achieve business targets. - Provide weekly reports to relevant internal teams to ensure transparency and promote cross-team collaboration. - Collaborate closely with internal functional teams, actively coordinate resources, and secure necessary support to help vendors achieve sustainable business growth.
