Why We Need You:
VMake Labs (https://vmake.ai/) is Meitu’s AI-powered video creation playground — where the next generation of Brazilian creators will cut, remix, and light up their content. We’re searching for our boots-on-the-ground connector in Brazil. Someone who knows the creator scene inside out, can turn a casual DM into a lasting partnership, and isn’t afraid to spin up a real-life workshop or a viral challenge. You’ll be the heartbeat of our Brazilian community: building a diverse network of influencers, shaping how our products land locally, and making sure VMake Labs feels native — not foreign — to every creator who picks it up.

What You’ll Do:
· Build and manage a rich, multi-tier creator network across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Kwai — from micro KOCs to macro influencers — by scouting, negotiating, onboarding, and nurturing long-term relationships;
