多模态算法工程师(内容安全) 一、职位概述 负责电商平台多模态内容安全算法的研发与落地,构建覆盖商品标题文本、主图/详情图、视频素材、直播流、用户头像和口碑评论等多模态内容的违规识别体系,运用CV、NLP、语音识别、多模态大模型(VLM/LLM)等技术,精准识别违禁商品、黄恐暴政等底线类违规风险,持续提升机审决策率与准确率,降低人工审核成本。 二、核心职责 1. 多模态内容安全模型研发 研发融合文本 + 图像 + 视频 + 音频的多模态审核算法,覆盖商品详情页、直播话术、短视频、用户评论等电商全场景 运用CV(目标检测/OCR/图像篡改检测)、NLP(文本分类/NER/语义相似度)、语音识别等技术进行多模态融合建模 2. 大模型与Agent技术落地 基于电商审核场景的海量数据,通过SFT指令微调、RLHF/DPO偏好对齐、CoT推理等技术,训练具备垂类违规识别能力的业务大模型 探索多模态大…
