• Manage the 3PLs OTP performance, freight spent, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements. • Drive the 3PLs(s) towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to, operations execution, losses and damage, and continuous improvement program. • Identify areas for process improvement and innovation; Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions. • Partner with 3PLs during key events such as new product launches and promotions to ensure a flawless and successful execution. • Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth. • Prioritize and multi-task effectively to provide strategic and tactical support for projects, and support the cross functional teams in capital projects as the subject market expert. • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management to recommend cutting-edge solutions. • Analyze current supply chain processes to identify gaps and opportunities. Propose strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs. • Collaborate with 3PLs for critical initiatives around speed, capacity management, volume fluctuations, cost savings, process/system.
China Workplace Experience Manager: • Manage direct report performance and foster growth. Serve as an escalation point, when required, for any challenges. Utilize success metrics to measure performance in relationship to Riot’s goals and objectives. • Support direct reports to drive strategy for and maintain standards of on-campus programs. • Provide guidance and escalation support for direct reports overseeing their own office environments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for local Rioters on workplace conditions and experience, making small shifts where possible and raising larger opportunities to regional leadership. Support Rioter onboarding from a Workplace Experience perspective. • Maintain office efficiency by planning and building office systems and layouts as well as procuring equipment. Work with building management to ensure maintenance, parking, and staff information all meet Riot standards. • Accountable for the overall inner-workings of the office and manage the day-to-day work of the local in-house contracted team. Liaise with office leadership, building management, suppliers, clients, etc. to provide a positive working environment. • Maintain external vendor and/or supplier relationships, holding vendor(s) responsible for established key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing site vendor contracts. Report any performance opportunities to WE leadership. • Establish and implement office policies, procedures, and processes that improve overall operations while aligning with regional and global standards. Support creation of any workplace experience-related processes for the eSports arena. Maintain local best practices and assist with any escalation efforts. APAC CRE • Build and maintain relationships with regional leadership to guarantee a high functioning workplace and workplace experience. Liaise with Riot leadership to understand business strategies and apply them to real estate and construction considerations. • Assess regional real estate market conditions, trends, and indicators that support Riot’s real estate goals and fit Rioter needs in the APAC region. Effectively communicate real estate opportunities and risks, transaction summaries, trends, and market research to WE management. • Oversee regional lease administration and management services for APAC, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting requirements and local laws and regulations. • Manage projects within time, budget, and quality constraints to meet Riot needs using an Agile Scrum methodology. Organize, coordinate, and delegate project tasks to support project completion. • Partner with the central construction and real estate (CRE) team to ensure APAC transactions and projects align with the central strategy. Share regional perspective with central teams to bring the regional perspective into strategic planning efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, conceptualize projects, and bring the vision to fruition using real estate and construction acumen. Working location is Nanjing/Shanghai. The Vertical Sales Manager of General Machinery is responsible to maximize market share and new application development for those Industry with focus on global market such as China, ASEAN, India, and target countries. The main responsibility is to support the sales organization of the assigned organizational unit in developing business strategies, market transparency, structures and processes, focusing options to exploit best market opportunities in target Verticals. The Vertical Sales Manager derives and develops general machinery by cooperating with DI Sales Vertical functions and relevant Zone/regional functions to manage short, mid and long-term plan and business successes in defined focus regions according to strategic and operative targets. What are my responsibilities? Goals/Mission: -Discover and promote MC business growth for General Machinery industries in global market. -To be the HQ segment coordinator in target applications for assigned regions. Support BCV decisions using SC expertise. - Participate in supply chain strategy studies and discussions in project BCV phase, including comprehensive analysis of supply chain costs (tariffs, freight, inventory costs), lead times, carbon emissions, and geopolitical considerations (e.g., "Made in" requirements) under different supply network scenarios, providing critical decision support for overall project deployment plans. 2. End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain Architecture Design & Setup for PMP/PEP/PWP - Lead the design of E2E supply chain architecture balancing overall supply chain costs while aligning with SE’s global supply chain design principles and business requirements. - Contribute to supplier selection (including Tier 2) & Make or Buy decision with SC cost & service evaluation. - Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional Global Supply Chain (GSC) departments to lead E2E flow setup, including new flow/transportation lane set up, master data definition/creation across all sites, definition & signing of LTC(Logistic terms & conditions) . 3. End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution Control - Define ramp up plans balancing project demand with capacity/material constraints, and dynamically adjust material/production/transportation plans as needed. - Monitor critical supply chain milestones and drive cross-functional issue resolution to ensure on-time material/components/FG availability to secure successful product launches. - Lead upstream/downstream material/ components/FG substitution/phase out management during PEP/PWP to minimize scrap risk. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Drive close collaboration with GSC teams (regional planning, logistics, customs, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. - Provide visibility & alert intime on project progress to all stakeholders involved. - Transfer responsibility from project mode to GSC operations with clear handover of E2E planning activities. 5.
