工作职责


•	Manage the 3PLs OTP performance, freight spent, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements.
•	Drive the 3PLs(s) towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to, operations execution, losses and damage, and continuous improvement program.
•	Identify areas for process improvement and innovation; Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
•	Partner with 3PLs during key events such as new product launches and promotions to ensure a flawless and successful execution.
•	Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth. 
•	Prioritize and multi-task effectively to provide strategic and tactical support for projects, and support the cross functional teams in capital projects as the subject market expert.
•	Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management to recommend cutting-edge solutions.
