As part of the AIML Data Operations Team, you play a central role in enhancing the user experience and team collaboration. As an SPR supporting the AIML Data Operations organization you will engage with Account and Crowd Managers to define and align on project deliverables. Manage resource plan for analyst headcount, partnering with Account, Crowd Managers, Team Leads and Capacity Planning to align targets and goals across portfolio. Draft and implement policies related to performance and project management of all projects delivered from your site. Effectively communicate project status/metrics and insights to management. Partner with Account and Crowd Managers to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of data. Manage support for project approvals, prioritization and flag outliers for leadership. Coordinate site project rollout and execution (platform changes, HC, training, metrics). Bring in consistency in project delivery via standardized templates and project management best practices. Provide Tech support to analysts as needed. Work with tool owners to update/fix tools as projects come in. Successful candidates are highly organized, highly analytical, independent, able to make decisions based on data driven insights, and ready to dig into the details and get the job done despite practical or technical hurdles.
As an AIML Data Operations Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for providing daily leadership and promoting the development of 25-30 Annotation Analyst team members. You are self-motivated, friendly and have a passion to support your team’s development through critical and creative thinking. You’ll identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals set by leadership. You will support employees’ success through establishing relationships and seeking to understand what motivates individuals. You will oversee performance management, ensuring daily, monthly, quarterly operational metrics are met. You’ll effectively execute on management and administrative tasks such as leading staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one’s, hiring, training, and development of employee performance. You will drive operational improvements, team collaboration, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges. · Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered after-sales agent solutions for vehicle series L & i, ensuring coverage of after-sales scenarios across all user vehicles. · Identify, evaluate, and conduct on-site technical due diligence for AI Agent vendors in Silicon Valley, negotiate and finalize technology procurement contracts aligned with development requirements. · Oversee external vendors to ensure timely delivery of core Agent functionalities (e.g., multimodal interaction, self-evolving inference engines) · Drive North America-localized data training pipelines to enable cross-scenario migration capabilities for adaptive decision-making. · Attend key industry summits to identify emerging industrial AI technologies, document technical innovations, and deliver monthly cutting-edge technology briefings.
Apply your Mechanical Engineering experience and work multi-functionally with Product Design Engineering and Industrial Design to assess product features for manufacturability, and recommend capable production processes and equipment. With multiple material machining experience, have expertise in CNC process development, assess CNC machining process flow, review CNC fixture design DFM and drive improvement, apply proper datum to minimize tolerance stack-up, scope machining program to improve process capability and optimize c/t, develop advanced cutters with proper coating for some special use such like high shinny surface, fine texture surface, minimize burrs by cutter improvement. Lead the machine calibration criteria setup and implementation, figure out how to recover the machine accuracy by maintenance and or retrofit, down-select machine base on machine capability and process requirement, work with vendor to develop brand-new equipment from RFQ to machine validation, finally qualify machine and implementation to fulfill process requirement. Working with suppliers to define and refine mechanical tool and fixtures, which can secure the dimension and cosmetic requirement, establish process capability and readiness. Lead the c/t reduction in the NPI stage to hit the MP target. Review/define vendor’s in process control spec base on downstream process and 2D drawing requirement, define part tolerance and specifications by demonstrating process capability to Product Designers and Industrial Designers. Identify, research, develop, and qualify premier equipment manufacturers and suppliers to develop sophisticated equipment for special process use and fulfill supply chain requirement. Provide leadership at manufacturing sites during development and product production ramp. Coordination of activities and direction through clear communication between Asia and US-based teams, and vendors is a necessity. Work closely with Manufacture Design Engineers in the development of above said processes. Work with Global Supply Managers to assess facility, floor layout, provide engineering support to secure deliver material to downstream CM vendor on time and on cost. Work with Manufacture Quality Engineers to drive yield improvement through SPC, Pareto data review to take activities accordingly.
