Education/Experience · Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on AI/ML, autonomous systems, or industrial automation. · 7-10 years of hands-on experience in AI development (reinforcement learning, NLP/CV pipelines) and automotive aftermarket operations (diagnostics, supply chain collaboration). · Proven success in managing technical vendor partnerships and delivering industrial AI solutions from concept to production. Knowledge · Deep knowledge of federated learning frameworks, edge computing, and automotive protocols (e.g., CAN bus, UDS). · Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks, causal inference, and cloud-edge collaboration architectures. Skills and Competencies · Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. · Strong leadership to navigate ambiguity, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor technical teams. · Exceptional communication skills to bridge Silicon Valley innovators and China-based stakeholders. · Strategic mindset to translate technical breakthroughs into scalable business solutions.
工作职责
· Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered after-sales agent solutions for vehicle series L & i, ensuring coverage of after-sales scenarios across all user vehicles. · Identify, evaluate, and conduct on-site technical due diligence for AI Agent vendors in Silicon Valley, negotiate and finalize technology procurement contracts aligned with development requirements. · Oversee external vendors to ensure timely delivery of core Agent functionalities (e.g., multimodal interaction, self-evolving inference engines) · Drive North America-localized data training pipelines to enable cross-scenario migration capabilities for adaptive decision-making. · Attend key industry summits to identify emerging industrial AI technologies, document technical innovations, and deliver monthly cutting-edge technology briefings.
1. General (1)Articulate value propositions for key Ant Digital Technologies products and services; (2)Demonstrate expertise to accelerate Ant Technologies’ Tech adoption; (3)Drive innovation with a focus on industry solutions and customer outcomes; (4)Ensure solutions align with architectural goals for clear development and operational guides; (5)Identify and mitigate business and technical risks; (6)Provide support during deployment to prevent or resolve technical issues; (7)Collaborate with customer teams, including C-level executives, to align vision with solutions; (8)Offer technical guidance in the pre-sales process. 2. Project Management (1)Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle; (2)Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to make sure project completion on cost, on schedule and on scope. 3. Technical Delivery (1)Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities; (2)Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective; (3)Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness; (4)Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery; (5)Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
1. License Application: Manage the entire licensing process, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination; Interpret and comply with regulations; Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet regulatory requirements; 2. Go-to-Market Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats; Design GTM strategy: product positioning, pricing, distribution channels, and partnerships with banks/payment providers; Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to launch campaigns and drive adoption; 3. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Marketing, etc.); Build relationships with regulators, industry groups, and partners; Represent the company at conferences and project discussions.
