• Lead and coach a team of high performing Digital Experience Strategists • Defines how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products across our marketplace and social platforms. • Collaborates with key cross functional teams within the region to integrate business priorities and strategies into the shopping experience. • Establishes a baseline performance standard for platforms. • Clearly understands the business and shopper engagement from a customer journey and experience perspective, reports out regularly on performance and identifies actionable insights. • Author and present detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, experience opportunities, and Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.
The Role As a Product Manager of IT Sales applications, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional programs which focus on Tesla Charging Digital Experience. In this role, you will play a role of product owner to design and implement cutting-edge features of overall charging lifecycle that drive business development and expansion. Responsibilities • Work as business partners with CN and Global team to manage IT requirements of charging domain, define product vision and roadmap to fit for business goals. • Proficiency of designing the new functionalities in applications to support business development. • Partner with Global IT team to execute global feature rollouts, with a focus on addressing and prioritizing local gaps fir seamless adaption. • Leverage AI technologies to build up product solution to enhance customer engagement and business efficiency. • Manage the project priorities and plan project as a project manager. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependences and ensure project on time delivery.

1. Lead user journey mapping, segmentation, and persona-based targeting across digital channels (SEO, SEM etc.), identifying opportunities for funnel conversion rates optimization. 2. Conduct market research and landscape analysis to improve brand positioning on digital channels and drive improvements on Brand.com. 3. Develop and execute Paid Ads campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other Ads platforms based on expected ROI and outcomes, in alignment with business goals. 4. Has hands-on experience with digital platforms, using analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.) to track KPIs, A/B test campaigns, and report on performance. 5. Leverage LinkedIn, ABM strategies, and targeted digital campaigns to drive enterprise leads and pipeline growth.
