• Lead and coach a team of high performing Digital Experience Strategists • Defines how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products across our marketplace and social platforms. • Collaborates with key cross functional teams within the region to integrate business priorities and strategies into the shopping experience. • Establishes a baseline performance standard for platforms. • Clearly understands the business and shopper engagement from a customer journey and experience perspective, reports out regularly on performance and identifies actionable insights. • Author and present detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, experience opportunities, and Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.
1. Plan and execute various platform level promotions: include big promotion such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance promotion performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies to increase website visits and user conversion rates. Analyze traffic data to identify trends and opportunities, optimizing operational strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to drive cross-departmental traffic growth projects. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, and display ads. Develop A/B testing plans and make optimization adjustments based on test results. Monitor and report on key traffic metrics, providing regular analysis reports and improvement suggestions.
