Portfolio demonstrating strong principals of design, editing, animation, typography, and visual communication
Examples of work showing evidence of having carried projects from concept through to finished, published work
Experience creating natively for Chinese social and retail platforms (e.g., Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu)
Fluency across industry standard creative tools and applications with comfort integrating AI-assisted workflows into a fast-moving production environment

Collaborate, ideate, design, edit, and finish various types of content while working solo, with a lean crew, or guiding partners as part of the broader Studio team, depending on the brief. Respond to strategic and editorial briefs with original creative solutions through your role as a creative, designer, editor, and motion expert. Proactively partner with team to develop ideas into prototypes Iterate against feedback from creative peers, stakeholders, and Studio Lead to deliver finished work on tight, platform-driven timelines Partner with, guide work, and give direction to external creative agencies Stay closely connected to the business, the audience, and Apple Retail culture to identify and execute on content opportunities as they emerge. Absorb feedback, question assumptions, and articulate a clear point of view.
1. Responsible for creating and appearing in short-form videos, with expertise in multi-angle and 360° filming techniques; 2. Develop viral content formats tailored to platform-specific audiences (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts); 3. Lead pre-production, including refining scripts, coordinating locations and actors, and planning shoots to bring creative concepts to life; 4. Shoot and edit short videos efficiently, ensuring high-quality content while maximizing viewer retention; 5. Use a data-driven approach to monitor and optimize content performance, improving reach, engagement, and overall impact.
• Own the Creative Strategy for our performance marketing, execution and production of Hay Day. • Scaling, testing, iterating and identifying new concepts to drive growth on paid channels. • Partner with marketing stakeholders and the game team to develop a hypotheses and data driven creative approach for Hay Day and own the feedback loop between internal and external partners. • Develop and maintain Creative pipelines and build on previous learnings to inform future creative decisions. • Work closely with marketers for each game on testing and implementation of new creatives, analyzing the results and sharing learnings with game teams and our partners to improve performance of future concepts and iterations • Provide creative feedback and direction independently without extensive input from artists or other functions • Manage existing partner relationships, in addition to sourcing new partners that will enable us to level up the quality and quantity of our creatives • Communicate and champion our IP and brand principles • Oversee creative production from initial brief through to implementation; managing deliverables, timelines, and feedback throughout the process
Lead the capture plan and technical approach for the Content Studio, setting standards for how the team shoots and directs across projects Shoot and direct video content as a hands on expert while also operating as a brand creative, shaping the point of view behind the work Provide creative direction and craft guidance to peers and partners, helping steer ideas and execution in the right direction Stay closely connected to the business, the culture, and the nuances of Apple Retail to identify and act on content opportunities Respond to strategic and editorial goals with original creative solutions Absorb feedback, question assumptions, and articulate a clear creative point of view
• Demonstrate and support craft excellence on in-game and out-of-game marketing content across strategy, creative, art, writing, video and audio. • Guide workstreams and help uphold the bar for creative craft excellence within Riot, local publishing partners and in vendor partnerships. • Strong eye for creative quality with experience in guiding asset reviews, offering actionable feedback, and elevating work to meet evolving creative and platform best practices. • Partner across multi-team and disciplinary, publishing, dev, consumer product, global and regional partners, including external partners — to align and elevate creative execution. • Collaborate with product manager, brand manager, creative directors, writers, art directors, producers, editors, directors, artists, and more to deliver creative that surprises and delights our players. • Effectively balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, with a focus on aligning with teams to achieve creative excellence — even as expectations and standards vary. • You will work with our VALORANT MOBILE leadership team to ensure timely resolution of needs and advocate for opportunities. • Hold us accountable to be true partners to the other studio pillars, external vendors, regional hubs and regional vendors. • Innovate in the space of creative marketing and storytelling. • Be an active participant in the creative director discipline to ensure global creative quality bar is met and developed.
