Minimum Qualifications
Must be based in China and be a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, with fluency in English and the ability to operate seamlessly across both languages in day-to-day communication, negotiation, and executive reporting.
5+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience in a fast-paced, global infrastructure, cloud, or AI/ML environment.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, rapidly evolving, multi-team programs without introducing unnecessary process.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly triage priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and drive cross-functional execution under tight timelines.
Deep understanding of operating in China, including local business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements that may impact delivery of business-critical programs.
Demonstrated ability to bridge global strategy with local China execution across cultural, organizational, and time-zone boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading complex, large-scale infrastructure, AI/ML, or data platform programs.
