Responsibilities • Define and uphold the game’s design vision, core gameplay direction, and player experience goals from concept through development • Review and guide major design decisions, ensuring features align with player needs, product goals, and Riot’s quality expectations • Translate player insight, product context, and development realities into clear design direction and actionable priorities • Partner closely with internal developers and external co-development teams to align on design intent, execution quality, and iteration plans • Evaluate trade-offs, identify risks, and make agile decisions that help the team respond to feedback, data, and changing development needs • Lead and support a small design team by setting clear expectations, giving feedback, and fostering a collaborative, craft-focused environment
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with MNOs and MVNOs globally. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing. Responsibilities: Key tasks and responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and maintain user data from various sources including marketing platforms, mobile app, web analytics etc. • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each our markets and lines of business. • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for improving user growth and engagement. • Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives throughout Arise Project • Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve user engagement, retention and acquisition. • Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management• Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user growth initiatives and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
