Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered
Communication: Native/fully fluent in Mandarin and highly proficient in English. Capable of translating complex technical findings into clear insights for both technical engineers and stakeholders
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to take incomplete or ambiguous information, form structured hypotheses, and drive issues to actionable conclusions.
Data & Analytical Skills: Good SQL proficiency to extract, analyze, and validate complex datasets, coupled with solid experience in Excel or equivalent tools for foundational reporting.
Experience: Proven track record in technical support (L2/L3), business analysis, or data analyst roles within a large-scale enterprise environment.
