Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Chemical Engineering, Environmental Health, or a closely related technical discipline.
5+ years of direct technical experience in industrial hygiene, occupational chemical exposure assessment, or chemical safety engineering within manufacturing or top-tier technical consulting environments.
Demonstrated domain expertise in chemical exposure pathways, raw process chemistries (solvents, cleaners, adhesives, inks), and Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) frameworks.
Proven track record leading complex technical programs or initiatives, with the ability to take undefined technical challenges and turn them into structured, executed roadmaps.
Experience managing external technical vendors, consulting firms, or Third-Party Assessors (TPAs), including scope definition, budget management, and deliverable accountability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to bridge deep technical dialogues with scientists and operational reviews with Engineering and Operations teams.
Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to drive technical alignment across global teams and regional supplier manufacturing sites.
