As a Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) specializing in GPU Optimization in AWS Enterprise Support, you will play a crucial role in two key missions: guiding customers' GPU acceleration initiatives across AWS's comprehensive compute portfolio, and spearheading the development of optimization strategies that revolutionize customer workload performance. Key Job Responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on GPU performance optimization and resource allocation efficiency on AWS cloud or similar cloud services. - Analyze customers’ current architecture, models, data pipelines, and deployment patterns; create a GPU bottleneck map and measurable KPIs (e.g., GPU utilization, throughput, P95/P99 latency, cost per unit). - Design and optimize GPU resource usage on EC2/EKS/SageMaker or equivalent cloud compute, container, and ML services; implement node pool tiering, Karpenter/Cluster Autoscaler tuning, auto scaling, and cost governance (Savings Plans/RI/Spot/ODCR or equivalent). - Drive GPU partitioning and multi-tenant resource sharing strategies to reduce idle resources and increase overall cluster utilization. - Guide customers in PyTorch/TensorFlow performance tuning (DataLoader optimization, mixed precision, gradient accumulation, operator fusion, torch.compile) and inference acceleration (ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA Graphs, model compression). - Build GPU observability and monitoring systems (nvidia-smi, CloudWatch or equivalent monitoring tools, profilers, distributed communication metrics) to align capacity planning with SLOs. - Ensure compatibility across GPU drivers, CUDA, container runtimes, and frameworks; standardize change management and rollback processes. - Collaborate with cloud provider internal teams and external partners (NVIDIA, ISVs) to resolve cross-domain complex issues and deliver repeatable optimization solutions. ------------------------------------------------------

The Account Manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to deliver results. Provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers. Manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with clients to improve performance. In addition, responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation. Must be focused on driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Planning/Analysis: • Drive seller growth and seller success on Amazon through selection growth, conversion enhancement, ads optimization and feature adoption etc. • Conduct deep dive analysis on Seller business performance, define the opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve seller development goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts • Analyze category trends and summarize account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework • Collect and feedback the Voice of the Seller as to input into product development and process optimization to continuously improve efficiency • Collaborate with PM team or manage projects/programs as primary owner to drive product/feature/service content innovations to further improve SP business and SP satisfaction Leadership: • Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment. • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
- Support leadership goals and grow long-term business through exploring new Ads adoption opportunities and driving initiatives that will help clients start advertising on Amazon. - Understand Amazon's search, display and video advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for China based advertisers. - Understand digital marketing, e-commerce landscape, online streaming landscape, industry and competitive environment. Be able to craft compelling customized media solutions and engage in competitive selling. - Helping Advertising Sales team develop and present strategic advertising solutions to C-level executives - Serve as key business partner to deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to China-based brands and advertisers. - Help advertisers see how to best utilize Amazon’s ad tools in order to better build their business. - Coordinate campaign setup with the global advertising teams. - Being a virtual leader to cooperate cross function partner (e.g. Account manager, Creative Manager, Product Go-to Market team etc to centralize resource/support/solution to the advertisers. - Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale. - Use CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress.
