工作职责
The engineers in this team are strong network operators that are focused on finding recurring problems, working with teammates and/or partner teams to build consensus around the solution, and driving the measurable elimination of that problem. They help develop the long-term vision for the network, then partner with software teams to improve our automation, telemetry, and traffic engineering capabilities to realize that vision. They also work closely with a multitude of AWS service teams to launch and develop their offerings in China.
The Role As a Software Product Engineer of IT Sales applications, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional programs across sales and customer experience application,system integration, server systems, and diagnostics. In this role, you will lead the design and development of some of the most advanced and sophisticated systems in the world, with unparalleled agility. Responsibilities • Design the new functionalities in applications to support the growth of our sales. • Work with US IT team to implement global rollout to China with local gap prioritized. • Manage the implementation as project manager. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependencies. • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now. • Work with the UX, dev, and QA teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • As business partner to manage IT requirements of specific domain.
• Primary responsibilities will include building AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers. • Support operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters, focusing on performance at scale, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting. • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement. • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. • Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
1.Provide data support and decision-making basis for the company's express network planning through industry trends and competitor network layout analysis. 2.Develop an overall network plan, including development direction, scale, and layout principles, based on the company's development goals and market demand. 3.Set specific performance targets for the express network (timeliness, cost). 4.Site selection and layout planning for distribution stations and sorting centers. 5.Forward and reverse route planning from sorting centers to distribution stations. 6.Optimize the operational network and control costs.
1. The position responsibilities involve delivering the hardware, configuration and fiber connectivity of interdependent scaling projects across several data center locations. The Network Technician will work closely with both internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in association with Technical Program Managers. 2. Network cabling infrastructure planning, coordination, installation , and decommission. 3. Network device deployment, turn up, and decommission. 4. Emergent Scaling Response. 5. New network hardware review. 6. New network hardware training, and support documentation for deployment and support. 7.
