1. Strategic Planning & Design Management - Contribute in developing comprehensive 6-8 months network implementation roadmaps aligned with AWS DC expansion targets - Create and optimize network position layouts and rack placement strategies for data centre floor space utilization - Review and contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) documentation - Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical requirements and design specifications - Develop capacity planning models to ensure infrastructure scalability - Create standardized planning templates and methodologies for network implementations 2. Project & Resource Management - Lead end-to-end project planning for multiple concurrent network implementation initiatives - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies - Manage project scope, and quality parameters - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies - Improvise and optimize planning by incorporating lessons learnt of latest deployed projects, iteratively. - Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables - Track and report weekly project progress and/or otherwise informed to key stakeholders 3. Job Mission and Role Purpose This position is responsible for managing the UIR (Upgrades, Installation & Relocations) team in the China region. Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, China, the role involves developing and executing long-term strategies and tactical goals for regional UIR organization. The incumbent will lead the organization to achieve sector strategies, objectives, and operations roadmaps. As a core member of the China Customer Support Management team, the role also involves driving business and people initiatives across the CS China organization. Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain networks with key customer/partner stakeholders; establish joint business plans. Able to provide input to Twinscan Factory and UIR central on future installations and strategic decisions Support worldwide UIR business through cross-region collaboration and deployment. Accountable for cross-functional risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Minimize customer complaints and maximize satisfaction through issue resolution and escalation management. • Build trusted relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption and serve as the Voice of the Customer—sharing insights and removing blockers through collaboration with Microsoft engineering teams. • Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions aligned to customer business goals using frameworks like CAF and WAF. • Own the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the CSAM. • Drive migration and modernization initiatives, including committed proof of concept and production milestones, across infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads. • Ensure customer environments are optimized for health, resiliency, security, and performance—enabling production-scale AI use cases. • Deliver repeatable IP and contribute to centralized IP development to accelerate deployment and achieve targeted outcomes. • Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate go-live and ensure delivery excellence across key Factory engagements. • Generate incremental pipeline from each engagement by driving next best actions and aligning with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities. • Maintain technical intensity through continuous skilling and certifications in priority workloads such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, SAP (Native + RISE), Windows, Linux and Defender for Cloud. • Engage in technical communities, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge reuse to accelerate customer transformation and success.
• Develop and maintain simulation environments built on frameworks like MuJoCo, and Isaac Lab to support robotics research. • Implement and test control algorithms and XR teleoperation interfaces for simulated robots. • Build procedural generation pipelines for diverse environments, object layouts, and robot motions. • Optimize GPU-based physics simulator performance for large-scale training workloads. • Import, configure, and validate robot assets in USD format, ensuring successful sim2real transfer. • Implement Sim2Real pipelines and deploy learned models to physical robots.
