Manage transportation resources in Amazon logistics systems following strict configuration change processes. 2. Coordinate the interaction between transportation business and local/global tech teams. 3. Streamline the process of system changes and document & optimize the internal working process. 4. Manage team internal projects such as process optimization,customer experience improvement and business partner training. 5. Troubleshoot system issues reported by business and respond to questions from various teams. 6. Consolidate the data from multiple data sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting and daily reports to support business.

Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful customer program launches.
