THE ROLE: We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills. Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful customer program launches. Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems.
1. Achieve warehouse performance objectives, in particular by establishing warehouse on-the-floor operation excellence daily management methods; define cost saving, productivity and service level improvement opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, constantly aim to reach the ultimate goal to establish outstanding customer satisfaction, speed inbound to outbound cycle time and eliminate errors 2. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 3. Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management and to group internal stakeholders 4. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 5. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 6. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, report to Management 8. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 9. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 11. Contribute to North America BU level projects with the certain effort as needed.
- Drive User Acquisition - Optimize user acquisition funnels across all channels by designing landing pages, referral programs, and viral loops that reduce CAC while scaling volume efficiently. - Maximize User Activation - Own the onboarding experience and define the critical "Aha moment." Ensure new users experience core product value within their first session to establish immediate engagement. - Boost User Retention - Build habit-forming features and engagement loops through strategic push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app prompts that drive consistent user return and long-term engagement. - Scale Experimentation - Run 10+ experiments weekly and cultivate a data-driven testing culture across all elements—from UI components to complete user flows. Base all decisions on statistical significance rather than opinions. - Cross-functional Leadership - Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Design teams to rapidly ship growth features at startup speed within a larger organizational structure.
We seek to hire Legal Counsel (Global Commercial) who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress global e-commerce business around the world. This role will be based in Hangzhou, China office. Primary Responsibilities Support and advise on global corporate and commercial aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current and proposed new initiatives. Provide advice to business teams on various aspects (including marketing, promotion, super buyer, advertising, etc.) of the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements. Partnering with business, tech, product and risk management and other relevanr departments respectively, set up and maintain the marketing and promotion framework and programs on e-commerce related activities. Negotiate, draft, and review various types of agreements and policies. Research local laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions and manage external counsel.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Your main responsibility will be building long term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, and ensuring their success once onboarded. You will be expected to drive customer pitching; taking part in RFIs & RFQs, as well as developing tailored pricing for E2E supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions. • You will responsible for working with Lazada Regional platform team for joint BD and development commercial-logistics join programs to improve the competitiveness of Fulfilled-by-Lazada solution and increase overall stickiness of brands/sellers with Lazada • You will be responsible for closely monitoring the operational performance of our key strategic partners, conduct regular quarterly or monthly business reviews to optimise performance, and drive strategic road mapping as part of deepening the partnership. • You will be expected to contribute towards improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating closely with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing and implementation of best practices. Ultimately this should drive greater sales effectiveness and pipeline conversions regionally across our key markets in Southeast Asia.
