工作职责

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive demand generation, enhance marketing efficiency, and improve decision-making processes. As the Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in leading our data strategy and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. This role offers you a chance to contribute significantly to shaping the data and analytics foundation of a growing business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Platform & Dashboard Development - Architect, develop, and maintain the company’s data platform, integrating data across multiple sources to enable seamless analytics processes. - Design and implement dashboards using modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for real-time measurement of KPIs. - Ensure consistent data governance standards to maintain accuracy, security, and usability of the data ecosystem. 2. Paid Media & Digital Analysis - Conduct in-depth performance analysis of paid media campaigns across digital channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media, and more. 3. CRM Management - Manage CRM systems to consolidate and leverage customer data for sales and marketing activities. - Analyze customer behaviors and lifecycle data to improve segmentation, engagement, and retention efforts. 4. Event & Multi-Channel Demand Generation Optimization - Evaluate the effectiveness of events, webinars, and campaigns across online and offline channels. - Provide actionable insights to optimize demand generation strategy across email marketing, paid ads, events, and other channels. - Monitor lead generation performance and implement strategies for improving campaign impact. 5. Multi-Channel & Closed-Loop Analysis - Build and implement closed-loop analytics systems across marketing and sales channels to track customer journeys and conversion pathways. - Analyze the effectiveness of telemarketing efforts, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). - Deliver cross-channel attribution insights and optimization solutions to ensure seamless integration across all touchpoints. 6. Marketing ROI Optimization - Develop and maintain robust ROI models to measure and forecast returns on marketing investments across all activities. - Provide actionable recommendations to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing spend.

Cross-Border Marketing Leadership Lead cross-border marketing campaigns that engage diverse consumer segments and business audiences across global markets Drive omnichannel initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, branding, OOH advertising, and IP/sports marketing Align marketing efforts with business objectives and industry trends through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 2. User Growth & Demand Generation Create and execute strategic initiatives to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement for Alipay+ services Partner with operations teams to develop data-driven growth plans that deliver tangible results Leverage branding, creative advertising, and cross-community activations to scale user growth and engagement 3. Digital & Social Media Marketing Implement innovative social media strategies across platforms and regionally relevant networks Build and maintain strong KOL relationships to amplify campaigns and enhance social engagement 4. Brand Measurement & Optimisation • Define and implement a brand valuation and performance framework to support business outcomes • Lead the setup and ongoing execution of brand measurement tools • Create a feedback loop from brand performance data to inform continuous improvement • Conduct regular reviews of brand performance, including integration with demand generation performance • Analyse and report on competitor brand activity, trends and positioning • Coordinate and manage entries for relevant Brand and Marketing awards Brand Governance and Maintenance • Set up and manage the Brand Resource Platform, as well as coordinate updates with brand representatives across business units to keep it updated • Support the application of the parent brand guide across internal and external activities such as events • Provide visibility and manage brand budget usage, forecasting and tracking for the team Brand Enablement and Execution • Support the team in executing brand-led go-to-market initiatives and activities across channels and markets • Ensure execution is aligned with brand guidelines, strategy and performance metrics
Qualified candidates should also be comfortable in the development of partnerships - both internal and external to meet Retail’s objectives. These may include marketing / demand generation, merchandising, programs, payments and fulfillment. - Develop Commercial Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market strategy and commercial plans for Retail, focusing on Marketing, Merchandising, Affordability, Promotions, and Fulfillment to meet business objectives. - Customer Insights: Analyze Country-specific trends, customer behaviors, and carrier sales dynamics to recommend and launch effective campaigns and commercial programs that drive growth and engagement. - Business Analysis and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights on market and business performance to Retail leadership, highlighting opportunities and key trends. - Innovative Growth Initiatives: Manage the ideation and development of new business concepts, managing the process from idea generation to securing leadership approvals and working with cross-functional teams to implement.
