- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAEs to achieve individual and collective revenue targets, providing ongoing performance management, skill development, and career growth opportunities - Own team revenue accountability, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue commitments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize territory coverage, account segmentation, and resource allocation across customer segments to maximize market penetration and revenue opportunities - Monitor team performance through data-driven insights, identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and scale successful methodologies across the organization - Participate in hiring decisions and create an engaging work environment that attracts and retains top business development talent
