- 10+ years of experience in business operation & implementation, business planning, or program management
- Results-oriented and able to clearly define & resolve problems in a structured way
- Solid skills of translating business requirements into actionable plans with organized way of implementation
- Recognized team leader, able to coach and provide guidance to team members whenever there is a blocker
- Detail-oriented while not dragged with details, able to think at high level and plan at high level
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong innovation mindset and able to simplify business issues with practical solutions

- Technical skills is preferred (SQL, Python)
