Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Build a high-performance team, raise the bar on talent acquisition, performance measurement, and career growth. o Attract, hire and retain top sales support talents and brand marketing media solution support experts to form a best-in-class digital advertising organization. o Provide exceptional mentoring and coaching to develop your direct reports and the broader Ads team. o Elevate the team's skill sets and continuously build a deep bench of talent across the vertical. o Define clear, measurable input metrics and tactical action plans to drive staff performance. o Serve as the main point of contact for key brand marketing, digital media, and marketing executives in China. o Lead the CN team to support in promoting advertising solution for advertisers and customers. 2) As supporting owner of the business, owns client segmentation, go-to-market, resource planning, and deliver eventual business results. o Determine short- and long-term coverage plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and AE. o Develop a comprehensive account and agency coverage strategy for China’s global brands and export industry to accelerate Amazon Advertising product knowledge enablement. o Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Fortune 500 type clients. The Regional Strategic Account Lead role is responsible for owning and driving strategic relationship and growth of our global FMCG accounts, together with our local category teams, empowering their brand success on LazMall in Lazada. Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: • Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews • Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global FMCG group companies • Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations • Promotional Planning including campaign planning and NPD launches regionally. • Analytical- data insights to improve and support business & retail plans • Developing & implementing processes for regional partnerships • Managing tech product roadmap to support new innovations and enhance UX for respective categories & group companies • Capability development and regular close collaboration with local teams in joint business planning for respective Group companies • Business development - identify new trends and brands to support constant growth on Lazada • Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients

Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects. Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans. Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use. Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
