- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Hands-on experience operating or troubleshooting GenAI/ML workloads on cloud infrastructure, such as GPU instance families and cluster scale, distributed training or inference performance tuning, accelerator-level fault diagnosis, or GPU capacity and scheduling.
