工作职责
1. Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer. 2. Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect. 3. Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement. 4. Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work. 5. Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues. 6. Acting as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments 7. Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.
Technical Development & Architecture * Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for Compliance use cases * Lead the development of efficient ML models and end‑to‑end data processing pipelines from ingestion to serving. * Build robust, production-grade AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks. * Make and document sound architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective. * Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including testing, monitoring, and documentation. Engineering Leadership * Partner closely with data scientists, product managers, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions. * Define and evolve the technical architecture for AI-powered features and platforms. * Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and elevate engineering quality across the team. * Continuously improve AI system performance, reliability, and latency through experimentation and optimization. Technical Collaboration & Operations * Work with cross‑functional partners to understand requirements, refine scope, and prioritize technical work. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers. * Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems. * Implement and evolve ML Ops practices (e.g., CI/CD for models, feature stores, model monitoring, and retraining workflows).
: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Position Description: Support Ops Specialist A Support Ops Specialist acts as a primary interface between Amazon and sellers through email communication. This position is responsible for supporting Amazon’s Global Supply Chain process with investigative research and working on the assurance of seller fulfillment process defect and reimbursement accuracy to protect both Amazon and Seller experience. In addition, the position will be expected to deliver professional service to sellers and respond promptly to seller’s requests and disputes. A successful candidate meets or exceeds the goals in their current space, is punctual and reliable, has excellent investigation skills, reading and written communication skills. (This is not a virtual position, you will be required to work from office located in Chengdu) Key Responsibilities includes: • Utilizes various internal system and tools to identify the valid defect and reimbursement • Dedicates to look for strong evidence to prove the point of view when it comes to subjective judgment • Delivers various logical and accurate investigations according to the needs of different sellers • Keeps the email accurate and professional when handling sensitive information to protect the interests of the company and sellers • Manages time effectively and independently to research seller accounts logically and responds to case requests from sellers • Maintains accountability to attendance, productivity, and quality expectations while adapting to the changing requirements of the business
