工作职责
1. Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer. 2. Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect. 3. Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement. 4. Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work. 5. Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues. 6. Acting as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments 7. Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.
: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Seller Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Translate business needs into training & enablement strategy, offerings and programs. • Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of the cross-functional enablement programs in conjunction with program or product teams and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain an effective governance process and measurements focused on providing insights on performance and impact on readiness and program effectiveness.
- Manage FBA PM team which cover topics including business trend, program operations, and product management. - Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and life cycle, build up new products/services to help the growth of Global Selling sellers, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. - Clearly define and communicate product requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Own the CN to worldwide logistics product design and development. Work with CN tech teams and global tech teams to improve product features. - Lead and develop a team composed by product manager, program manager, carrier manager, and sales ops to accomplish product launch and adoption goals.
- Drive the acquisition and growth of high potential sellers into the MCF program, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises; - Develop account-specific strategies and drive execution through consultative selling and value-based engagements; - Analyze sales pipelines and performance metrics, and report results to Sales Leadership; - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to ensure a seamless seller experience; - Act as the voice of the customer to identify feature gaps and process improvements; - Build and maintain a presence for Amazon’s Multi-Channel fulfillment program, through attendance at industry conferences, events, etc.
