Amazon is looking for one passionate candidate who can join us and utilize the powerful technology systems to adapt to business requirements and improve customer experience, the major focus of the candidate would be: 1. Manage transportation resources in Amazon logistics systems following strict configuration change processes. 2. Coordinate the interaction between transportation business and local/global tech teams. 3. Streamline the process of system changes and document & optimize the internal working process. 4. Manage team internal projects such as process optimization,customer experience improvement and business partner training. 5. Troubleshoot system issues reported by business and respond to questions from various teams. 6. Consolidate the data from multiple data sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting and daily reports to support business.
The incumbent will own the following - 1) They will be responsible for working with supply chain execution, transportation, FC, carriers and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope out large high impact projects 2) They will be responsible for driving cost benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions on various initiatives 3) Once a go decision is made, the program manager will work to evolve a plan and timeline for execution. 4) The program manager will develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own. They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis 5) They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks. 6) They will work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed
RBS Cross Border team is looking for a Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising, establish new tasks to drive business growth and reduce cost. Key Performance Areas: - Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment - Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap - Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs - Influence upstream teams' priorities and roadmap - Make trade-off decisions and understand when and how to escalate appropriately - Develop solutions and lead implementation - Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem. - Mentor junior team/project members Basic qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - knowledge about search engine or experience in product search optimization
