- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills, data sensitivity, and logical thinking

· Data Processing: Validate, correct and consolidate raw data; adjust data format… etc. Support data analysis which covers Forecast, Pipeline and Revenue…etc. · Template and file cleanup / refinement: Refine analysis templates to align with the evolving reporting structure; streamline processes which cover forecast, pipeline, revenue management. · Cross Team Coordination: Drive regular communication, follow up with Business / Function unit, content / action owners. Update the latest information in our internal communication channels. · Cadence Support: Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-team meetings, coordinate across teams for management update. · Written Communication: Create and format clear, well-written narratives A day in the life · Manage and ensure the timely execution of business operations and the production of high-quality deliverable · Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com to manage and optimize sales opportunity · Assist with daily sales reporting using Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com.
