• Develop and own Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for ingestible and formulated products, ensuring compliance with Amazon's quality standards. • Work closely with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Japan with Performance protocols, Pre-production Testing (PPT), and Production Testing (PT) to insure pre-launching product quality. • Implement and maintain Amazon quality systems throughout the product lifecycle • Collaborate with suppliers, third-party testing laboratories, and internal teams to ensure product quality and compliance • Drive continuous product improvement initiatives to ensure APB products meet or exceed industry standards • Own Customer Review Ratings (CRR) for assigned product categories and proactively address quality complaints • Analyze quality processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement • Develop scalable business solutions for product development and quality monitoring • Maintain close collaboration with global stakeholders and provide visibility through appropriate reporting A day in the life • Own end-to-end development and testing of APB new products while collaborating with marketplace-specific stakeholders • Ensure products continuously comply with Amazon's quality standards. • Work with stakeholders to define product specifications during the planning stage • Proactively drive product improvements to maintain competitive advantage • Identify innovative ways to prevent quality issues, leading to improved customer reviews • Provide technical expertise for ingestible and formulated products across the organization
• Identify and onboard supplier partners capable of producing high quality products for Amazon Private Brands. This includes understanding business development and product development needs, analyzing existing supplier capability opportunities and gaps, conducting global supplier landscape analyses, know tariff implications, based on industrial insights and global supply chain expansion trends. • Exploration and Implementation of Gen AI solutions to automate supplier selection process. This includes learning the end-to-end sourcing process from supplier identification to the product development cycle, translating the supplier selection criteria and framework into an organized data flow, exploring Gen AI solutions and automation solutions with APB tech team to automate the supplier selection process from lead identification, pre-screening, supplier outreach, supplier profile collection and initial evaluation to qualifying the supplier. • Lead the new vendor onboarding (NVO) process to qualify and onboard new suppliers into WW Amazon supplier pool. This includes following a standardized process to pitch and qualify the new suppliers with a due diligence check, Social Responsibility and Factory Quality audits, supporting them to get familiar with Amazon Private Brands’ product development and management systems and mechanisms.

· Establish supplier sourcing strategy and tactics to explore and onboard high quality suppliers globally. · Develop industrial landscape for different categories (i.e. Furniture, Lawn and Garden, Toys) to provide insights of where to source and what to source for Amazon Private Brands · Partner with Product Managers, Product Sourcing Manager, Quality, Supply Chain teams to develop global supplier landscape and sourcing strategy. · Identify process improvement areas and develop tech solutions to develop a scalable and efficient supplier management mechanism · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity for vendors and sourcing teams. · Write professional business documents for business updates and driving strategic initiatives for stakeholders alignment.
• Own fabric quality KPI metrics, continuously monitoring and deep diving data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement at the raw material and supplier level; Implement preventative actions and process improvements. • Lead reactive root cause analysis to quickly identify, diagnose and remediate bulk fabric quality defects identified through ongoing physical surveillance, minimizing risk to inventory outages. • Manage nominated mill relationships, establishing mutual goals in line with Softlines Private Brands overall raw material sourcing strategy • Identify and assess new nominated mill onboarding opportunities based on country-of-origin diversification, fabric development and risks mitigation needs. • Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification and onboarding execution. • Regularly monitor nominated mill fabric production, ensuring on time deliver to garment vendors. • Travel internationally to visit fabric suppliers and garment vendors, auditing production processes and providing feedback for improvement and increased efficiency.
