工作职责
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager intern to deep dive GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) and their application to JP ecommerce. As a successful candidate, you will have experience deep diving new business areas, gathering industry trends, conducting business analysis, applying business judgements and providing fact based recommendations. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, tech driven solution designing and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You should be comfortable with an extremely high degree of ambiguity, can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders, and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. You will tackle novel, situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with Amazon teams around the globe.

Job Summary The Global Events Marketing Intern will assist the Senior/Events Manager in strategic planning, HQ governance, and end-to-end event management. This includes trade shows, vertical events, sponsorship events, product launches, and other key initiatives aimed at elevating the brand's global presence. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Support the Senior/Events Manager in developing SOPs to streamline event workflows 2. Assist in planning and executing events such as trade expos, sponsorship activations, launch events, etc. 3. ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIS. 4. Collaborate with the IMC (Partnership) team and local markets (China, LA, Berlin & Japan) for seamless event coordination. 5. Contribute to merchandise renewal processes, design upgrades, and enhancing event experiences. 6. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously.

The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. You will work with the Product Manager to derive the product requirements and obtain executive approval. The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and cross functionally manage other internal team members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and planning of all engineering builds with Contract Manufacture at the supplier and drive the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all assemblies to production.
