Primary responsibilities include: - Creation of category vendor management and sourcing strategy for one or more categories - Drive continuous cost optimization - Conduct supplier management - Partner with the cross functional teams for first class product development - Identify defects and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate our Private Label business. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity.
1. Manage the Social Responsibility (SR) audit workflow ensuring all active suppliers under Softlines Private Brands (SPB) are qualified for production. Resolve open issues with suppliers, escalate egregious issues to the business owners, and invent mechanisms to improve efficiency of our SR audits. 2. Vet, track, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for day to day SR execution (audit scheduling and management, corrective action planning and remediation), including simplifying processes and eliminating process gaps (e.g., mismatched supplier data between Private Brands and Social Responsibility systems). 3. Identify potential SR risks with global suppliers from historical audit results and the consolidated SR performance scoring system. Work with central Amazon SR team to implement supplier engagement programs with selected SPB sites and track the SR performance improvement to evaluate program effectiveness. 4. Build, run, and maintain connection mechanisms with sourcing managers, APB Sustainability, and Amazon Social Responsibility team.
• Own fabric quality KPI metrics, continuously monitoring and deep diving data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement at the raw material and supplier level; Implement preventative actions and process improvements. • Lead reactive root cause analysis to quickly identify, diagnose and remediate bulk fabric quality defects identified through ongoing physical surveillance, minimizing risk to inventory outages. • Manage nominated mill relationships, establishing mutual goals in line with Softlines Private Brands overall raw material sourcing strategy • Identify and assess new nominated mill onboarding opportunities based on country-of-origin diversification, fabric development and risks mitigation needs. • Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification and onboarding execution. • Regularly monitor nominated mill fabric production, ensuring on time deliver to garment vendors. • Travel internationally to visit fabric suppliers and garment vendors, auditing production processes and providing feedback for improvement and increased efficiency.

International Publishing PM • Partner with Regional Publishing Product Leads (RPPLs) to shape market strategies, business reviews, and cross-regional initiatives. • Act as the connective tissue between regions and global publishing, ensuring alignment, scaling best practices, and driving operational excellence. • Hold teams accountable to clear win conditions and ensure regional plans complement global campaigns while unlocking authentic local player engagement. IP / Brand Partnerships • Drive the strategy and execution of global brand and IP partnerships that elevate the Wild Rift player experience. • Serve as the primary deal owner for external collaborations, from sourcing through execution. • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Development, Brand, Creative, and regional teams (including Tencent) to align opportunities, ensure seamless execution, and maximize impact. Collaborate with Game Teams • Serve as a key publishing voice in game strategy discussions, ensuring that publishing insights are integrated into the broader game roadmap • Be a core contributor to Wild Rift’s key moments strategy, defining and delivering high-impact login moments and engagement beats for players worldwide. • Partner with Insights & Research teams to define publishing insights needs, with a focus on performance marketing and audience understanding to strengthen growth and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities: Product Planning & Design: Responsible for the overall planning and design of software products in the supplier collaboration and management (SRM) domain. Develop product roadmaps, ensuring product functionalities meet internal customer needs and business objectives. Requirements Analysis & Management: Conduct in-depth research on current business scenarios related to supplier collaboration, including but not limited to supplier sourcing, registration, supplier development process management, supplier quality management, evaluation, and claims. Collect and analyze user requirements, write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation of requirements. Project Advancement & Coordination: Develop project plans, track project progress, promptly resolve issues that arise during projects, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Product Optimization & Iteration: Monitor user feedback and relevant data after product launch, continuously optimize product features and performance, enhance user experience, and drive product iteration and upgrades. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research, analyze industry-related products, discern industry trends, and provide a decision-making basis for product innovation and optimization. Cross-departmental/Team Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business, development, algorithm (AI/data science), and operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of product planning and align team goals.
