Professional Skills:
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain management, with a deep understanding and practical experience in supplier collaboration and management.
Proficiency in the full lifecycle of software product management, including requirements analysis, product design, project management, and online operations.

工作职责


Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Design: Responsible for the overall planning and design of software products in the supplier collaboration and management (SRM) domain. Develop product roadmaps, ensuring product functionalities meet internal customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements Analysis & Management: Conduct in-depth research on current business scenarios related to supplier collaboration, including but not limited to supplier sourcing, registration, supplier development process management, supplier quality management, evaluation, and claims. Collect and analyze user requirements, write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
Project Advancement & Coordination: Develop project plans, track project progress, promptly resolve issues that arise during projects, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Product Optimization & Iteration: Monitor user feedback and relevant data after product launch, continuously optimize product features and performance, enhance user experience, and drive product iteration and upgrades.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research, analyze industry-related products, discern industry trends, and provide a decision-making basis for product innovation and optimization.
Cross-departmental/Team Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business, development, algorithm (AI/data science), and operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of product planning and align team goals.
