Formulate targeted seller recruitment plans by working backwards from customers’ selection needs. Help newly joined sellers quickly land and develop, guide sellers to drive feature adoption to improve customer experience on Amazon. Review seller performance, provide recommendations on positioning, selection, pricing, sales and advertising operations. Develop a deep understanding on assigned category, including but not limited to market trends, category insights, competition landscape, and overall ecosystem. Assist leadership and cross-functional team on overall strategy, providing seller voices to continue improve seller experience and customer experience. Demonstrate strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession.
・Work with WW & International TSE team to build solutions for Haul sellers to meet destination country store regulatory requirements for all Amazon Haul store. ・Lead efforts to review and update validation processes for all newly onboarded products that are highly regulated. ・Drive solutions of Product Safety and Quality issues raised by customer complaints/customer review comments, internal follow-up actions. ・Design, implement, and maintain Product Safety and Quality processes that interface with Fulfillment Operation teams and carriers and use classification and restriction databases. ・Help optimize Fulfillment Center processes to enhance competitive advantages and customer experience. Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shenzhen. The objective of the Online Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces. You will recruit sellers with specific criteria and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplaces. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. Specific Responsibilities include: - Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition. - Identify, recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on growth plans. - Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business. - Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases. - Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
1. Sales Execution & Seller Conversion Receive qualified leads and drive end-to-end sales conversion. Identify key decision-makers within target companies, deliver tailored pitches based on category and seller profile, build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions, and convert high-quality brand owners to launch and sell on the platform. 2. New Seller Onboarding & Activation Guide newly launched sellers through their critical first 90 days on the platform. Help sellers optimize their product listings, build compelling content, generate early customer reviews, activate advertising and run promotional campaigns to build initial sales momentum and establish a strong market entry. 3. Seller Growth & Brand Development Conduct regular business reviews with sellers to understand their performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable next steps. Help sellers strengthen their brand presence on the platform, improve product visibility and adopt advanced marketing and branding tools aligned with their business goals and growth stage. 4. Category Knowledge & Market Insight Develop strong knowledge of relevant product categories to deliver informed and credible seller conversations. Stay current on category trends, competitive landscape and seasonal dynamics. Share learnings with the broader team and contribute to building reusable category knowledge and best practices. 5. Relationship Management & Account Growth Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of brand owners throughout their lifecycle on the platform. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, coordinating engagement across procurement, e-commerce, marketing and executive contacts within the seller's organization. Drive seller satisfaction and long-term retention.
