Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shenzhen. The objective of the Online Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces. You will recruit sellers with specific criteria and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplaces. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. Specific Responsibilities include: - Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition. - Identify, recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on growth plans. - Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business. - Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases. - Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
Formulate targeted seller recruitment plans by working backwards from customers’ selection needs. Help newly joined sellers quickly land and develop, guide sellers to drive feature adoption to improve customer experience on Amazon. Review seller performance, provide recommendations on positioning, selection, pricing, sales and advertising operations. Develop a deep understanding on assigned category, including but not limited to market trends, category insights, competition landscape, and overall ecosystem. Assist leadership and cross-functional team on overall strategy, providing seller voices to continue improve seller experience and customer experience. Demonstrate strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession.
The Regional Strategic Account Lead role is responsible for owning and driving strategic relationship and growth of our global Electronics (EL) accounts, together with our country category teams, empowering their brand success on LazMall in Lazada. Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: • Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews • Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global EL group companies • Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations • Promotional Planning including campaign planning and New Product Launches regionally. • Analytical- data insights to improve and support business & retail plans • Developing & implementing processes for regional partnerships • Managing tech product roadmap to support new innovations and enhance UX for respective categories & group companies • Capability development and regular close collaboration with country teams in joint business planning for respective Group companies • Business development - identify new trends and brands to support constant growth on Lazada • Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients

• Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met. • Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies. • Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft. • Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business. • Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed. • Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue & market share. • Industry Knowledge – Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations.
