- 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- BA or BS degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels

1. As one of the core team member, work for long-term success in the whole global expansion of Oceanbase, join the whole journey from brainstorming to execution and then get the results with team together. 2. As the node in Middle East Asia, discover the market including the oversea Chinese related market and local market, set up the GTM strategy with the teams together. 3. Set the correct target with manager together according to the GTM strategy including the sales quota and milestones, then achieve it. 4. Take the leadership and multifunctional job in the early stage and try to build the foundation for future growth of the local business and global expansion 5. Collaborate closely with team members including Solution Architect, Product Development, and Management team to feedback on customers’ requirements and to lead opportunity development. 6. Work closely with Marketing and Business Development Representative team to drive the Demand Generation activities and build the pipeline for the global expansion with a focus in the named account list. 7. Co-sell with partners in your assigned territory to drive optimized conversion rates.

Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize potential IP partners across entertainment, gaming, anime, lifestyle, and consumer brands. Build and manage high-value relationships with IP owners, licensors, and agencies to secure long-term collaboration opportunities. Lead partner negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external licensing requirements. Work with product, creative, legal, operations, and teams to enable execution of IP-based commercialization initiatives.
