工作职责
• Recruit and enable technology partners using AWS technology to deploy/integrate/well architect partner solution on AWS, drive the win-win business for partners and their customers on AWS. • Evangelize AWS technology in China market to help traditional ISV and technical startup jointly build solutions to address customers’ demand on cloud. Be the interface from AWS to lead and coordinate the initiative with partners. • Apply AWS APN and related partner program to support China technology partners on co-innovation, Go-to-Market with AWS. Build and lead to work with AWS local team and HQ organization to develop new partner collaboration model in dynamic industry/technical verticals, and help partners go global market.

• Work with ISVs and end customers to understand their system architecture, technical requirements, and business workflows, then guide them toward the best NVIDIA-based solution. • Architect hybrid and multi-cloud AI solutions, guiding ISVs and customers on deploying GPU-accelerated workloads across major public clouds and private data centers. • Design and optimize scalable AI infrastructure solutions, providing best-practice guidance on configuring CPU/GPU servers, storage, and networking for high-performance workloads. • Support technical discovery, proof-of-concept development, infrastructure validation, and production adoption for industry software platforms. • Provide technical leadership in deploying AI applications across diverse environments, including bare-metal servers, virtualized instances, and cloud-native containerized clusters. • Collaborate with headquarters engineering, product, and partner teams in English to resolve technical issues, influence roadmap alignment, and ensure strong execution for strategic ISV engagements. • Analyze infrastructure bottlenecks, cluster behavior, and deployment trade-offs, then recommend practical architectures that improve performance, scalability, and usability for customers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and manage all key customer relationships, including strong C-level engagement - Accelerate customer adoption by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing usage, and leading customers through cloud migration journeys - Maintain a robust customer pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting - Manage complex contract negotiations and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
