Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies, including defining and managing programs that support business growth, creating and integrating business development systems and processes, overseeing strategic investments that align with revenue targets, and optimizing processes to meet market expansion goals and drive deal win rate. • Develop relationships and processes with Business Development, marketing, legal, finance, HR, the broader Business Operations organization, and other stakeholders to identify and address GTM program and investment reporting issues. • Identify and address reporting issues, ROI issue, process gaps, and drive timely resolutions. • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed. The Incident Response team provides incident response and management support to global cross-functional engineering teams, helping maintain high availability for Tesla Manufacturing, Business Operations, Customer Service & Experience. We reduce incident occurrence through effective IT operations monitoring, risk analysis, and change management. The Tesla APAC Incident Response Center (IRC) is a growing team of professionals from diverse backgrounds, with strong development opportunities. This role is based at Giga Factory Shanghai, China, and provides global support as Tesla's business and mission scale. Senior engineer team positioning: Acts as the regional incident management lead—coordinates teams through investigation and resolution, owns incident management practices (ticket management, root cause investigation, data analysis, and management reporting), and continuously improves processes and tooling. THE ROLE The Sales & Delivery application team is responsible for building applications to support Tesla's rapid growth while providing an amazing customer experience. The business covers the whole customer journey including discovery, ordering, vehicle fulfillment, ownership, charging and service. The application scope covers Tesla Web, App, Mini Program, internal tools, Tesla for Business and new product launch. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end development in a split frontend-backend architecture, bridging client-side experiences with scalable server-side APIs to power Tesla's customer ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, code, and maintain mobile and web user experiences end-to-end, including frontend interfaces and backend services. • Develop and maintain backend API servers using .NET/Golang, handling data processing, authentication, integration with databases, caching layers, event streaming, and search functionalities. • Optimize code for performance, stability, and maintainability across the full stack, including API scalability, error resilience, and monitoring. • Build, configure, and deploy backend API servers in a frontend-backend split architecture, with the capability to independently handle core infrastructure tasks (e.g., from initial setup to production rollout) while collaborating on system-wide integrations, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. • Work with a cross-functional team of frontend and backend software engineers, product teams, QA/validation, and designers. • Collaborate on integrating frontend components with backend services, troubleshooting issues across layers, and implementing features that leverage SQL for data persistence, Redis for caching, Kafka for real-time event processing, and Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
