- 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a consultative and data-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving passion and service orientation by working independently, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and a passion for success and winning
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in advanced usage of MS Office apps (esp. Excel) and business reporting tools
