NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a versatile engineer to be part of the HW ArchDev team. The SSG team is uniquely positioned to have an end-to-end view of the product development cycle - from early arch definition, through bringup, to product release.Our ArchDev arm is a hub for all silicon and system level feature development, cost-benefit analysis, system integration solutions, and system POR alignment. As a member of this team, you will evaluate next gen silicon and define methodology, design, SW/FW, tool requirements needed for HW validation. The work you do will directly benefit the quality of NVIDIA products.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead NVIDIA Product GPU/CPU/SOC IP/system level validation strategy, characterization and tuning methodology, platform/component interoperability, debug capability and tools/scripts, system, SLT, and manufacturing test requirement and lead cross-function teams (ASIC, SW, FW, Board, PHY, SI/PI etc) for development and implementation.
• Lead new feature silicon bring-up, validation, and debug, and coordinate product schedule to release feature with high quality at aggressive schedule.
• Deep dive into technically challenging High-Speed IO Pre-Si and Post-Si bugs and lead debug efforts across various teams (ASIC/FW/SW/PHY/board) to fix the issue on sc…工作职责

SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER THE ROLE: ATE test program owner which owns wafer sort or final test insertion, developing and optimizing ATE test program for new coverage enhancement, test time reduction, new test method implementation, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product manager, project management, product engineering, DV, NPI, platform, software infrastructure team and hardware team on the test solutions optimization. THE PERSON: As the role of Test Engineer, we expect you could be self-motivation, creative thinking, and good communication skill in English. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CPU test program owner in Asia, develop and release ATE test program production Early involvement in pre-silicon and silicon out phase including test coverage evaluation, pattern review, test flow development, test hardware design, charz and program release Develop engineering program to support various product engineering activities Post-production product new OPN enablement to support business needs Identify test time reduction opportunities and execute TTR for cost reduction Test program yield improvement via test debugging or test flow optimization Test issue debugging and solution providing with global cross functional team Other duties as assigned by supervisor

This senior legal counsel is a member of the M&A legal team and will work and advise on the company’s international and domestic mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, investments and similar transactions. Responsibilities includes:. 1.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, such as equity share and asset subscription/purchase agreements, partnership/LLC/shareholders agreements, investment agreements, confidentiality agreements, side letters, engagement letters, letter of intent, bid letters, transaction term sheets, etc. 2.Working closely and coordinating with the company’s M&A investment team, financial and tax teams, divisional business teams with the review, analysis, implementation and execution of transactions. 3.Managing and coordinating due diligence reviews and reviewing relevant due diligence reports. 4.Retaining, managing and liaising with outside counsels and overseeing the working products provided by outside counsels. 5.Providing legal support for post-investment company management. 6.Contributing to the various internal knowledge management initiatives, including a precedent document database, template agreements, presentations and training initiatives.
