• Investigate and resolve sensor calibration and egomotion algorithm/toolchain issues across multiple OEM vehicle platforms. • Develop core autonomous driving functionality for global markets by fusing state-of-the-art perception DNNs with map signals. • Build real-time 3D world models for planning, integrating diverse inputs from sensors and external sources. • Develop and optimize LLM, VLM, and VLA systems for autonomous driving applications, including pre-training and fine-tuning. • Design innovative data generation and collection strategies to improve dataset diversity and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy end-to-end AI models in production, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability standards are met.

In this role, you'll bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust hardware design, driving products from concept through mass production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, and AI) to define the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities： 1. Product Strategy & Definition - Lead end-to-end product planning for full-system robotics solutions. - Conduct market research and user needs analysis to define technical specifications, commercialization strategies, and core performance metrics (e.g., motion control precision, multimodal interaction speed). - Own the PRD and establish clear product goals aligned with business objectives. 2. Technology Integration - Translate AI capabilities (motion control, environmental perception, decision-making) into hardware-ready solutions. - Coordinate structural, hardware, and software teams to integrate systems such as sensor fusion, joint actuation, and embedded controls. 3. Lifecycle Ownership - Manage the product journey from concept and design to mass production and delivery. - Define product roadmaps, set and track milestones (TR reviews / DCP decisions), and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks across departments. 4. System Validation & Compliance - Develop and oversee system-level testing, including functional, extreme load, and EMC tests. - Lead performance bottleneck analysis, optimize reliability, and drive CE/FCC certification. 5.
